Your Right to Cancel:

Prior to despatch you may cancel an order or item at any time before despatch.

After delivery if for any reason you'd like to return an item within 14 working days of receiving the delivery, just follow this simple process:

a. Choose your returns reason on the despatch note and tick the box.

b. Return all items using the original packaging.

c. Don't forget to include the despatch note.

Please use the Royal Mail when returning the package and keep proof of your purchase.

We regret that Playemporium cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods so we recommend you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office.

Goods must be unused, as new, in saleable condition and returned with the original packaging, and must be returned with the seal unbroken.

We cannot accept returned goods which do not meet these requirements.

If you cancel your order after the day of delivery, and have informed us by letter, fax, email or phone, we will refund all monies paid by you for the goods but not the relevant delivery charges.

Returns policy for faulty goods.

If the goods you purchase are faulty we will offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights. Please contact our Customer Services team to arrange for a replacement.

If the goods returned are faulty and you do not want the goods to be replaced, we will refund all monies paid by you for the goods, including delivery costs.

Packaging

Please package all returned goods carefully and remember to include the original packaging.

Method of returning goods

For goods that are delivered via the Royal Mail service please return goods to the address specified on your delivery note.

We recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting for your records. If returning via your local courier, please ensure you obtain a receipt from the courier.

We will not accept any liability for damage or loss caused by the carrier whilst goods are in return transit.
